DVOA Local Meet at Collers Mills. This is one of my most favored places where I simply can't not to enjoy the gorgeous woods, also this is perhaps the fastest woods in enitre New Jersey.

Run a loop in PP. Lots of other folks are doing the same and damn horses are all over the place too destroying runners' trails.

5x100m strides at the end.

Some easy work with therabands. My legs are still quite tired even 4 days afer the sprint O.

What a nice day for running, just about right I would say. Decided to get some milage under way so that I wouldn't bonk during long races.

Boy my legs are SHOT after yesterday's sprint. Well, no wonder, hasn't done anything like that in quite a while already, so this kind of stress is good. However, the rest of the body is quite fresh, so I worked it out in a usual maner.
