Orienteering 1:00:35 [5] 10.2 km (5:56 / km) +245m 5:18 / km
spiked:23/24c

Mid-Atlantic Champs. I thing I nailed it this time as far as my own work on improvement concerns. Speed+map reading was quite good (though the terrain really permitted it to happen)
Feel dog tired.

Orienteering 14:00 [4] 2.2 km (6:22 / km)

A relay afterward. This time Boris and Platt really nailed it this time. I made a boboo on the first control as I was trying to make some time up, but missed. Well... never speed to the first control.
