Wanted to get out. Rain was kind of ridiculous. Black ice on sidewalks and trails. Crum 3 ft over bank and moving fast at Plush Mill. Bailed out on the return.

Oops, and I realized I stopped my watch to loosen my shoes (my toes were numb from the water and too tight shoes) and forgot to start it again. Added an estimated 0.25 mi. and some time.
