Started feeling like a 'dose' coming on late last night, and still coming today!
Decided it would be safer not to go for either of the weekend's race options (parkrun and crosscountry). Both time (and Money) too tight to head away for the state league orienteering as per original plan.
Easy plod out and back along the creek and a bit of hannell st.
Calfs still a bit tight / achey from thurs , but eased into the run.
Note: New record low on weight front.

c. 10mins on calfs with 'stick' (Needed to flex foot just to make rollers bearable at first)
Writing all morning until I went to uni for afternoon teaching.
A bit zapped, tired, hungry and generally not in the mood for training when i got home.
Dinner, wine and movie instead!
run home from king edward park after walking dogs
Barefoot for about 1/3. Feet seemed a bit more sensitive than usual as actually more comfortable with shoes on.

Should prob have done more on calfs
Long busy day, tutoring in morning and assessing student presentations until 8pm so V knackered and hungry by the time I got home.
Morning walk with dogs was the extent of exercise for the day.
Found a very good excuse to concentrate on getting straight into the session having just received an earful from a busybody PT type who'd walked especially the whole way across the gym to riotously decree that I 'need' to have shoes on whilst waiting for a class.
The instructor had showed up just as I was on verge of heading to reception and filling out 'comment' cards with suggestions about staff training, attitudes, diplomacy and professionalism..... (as if that would fix anything).
Anyway, left the gym feeling good, the magic of Yoga having calmed the angry beast once more.
Bike15:00 [3] shoes: Specialized Rockhopper
Yo-yo-esque route home.
Realised I'd left my phone in the change room when half way home, and it had been handed in to reception when I got back.
