Feeling strong first 30 km (6:44) and then my calves started cramping badly - almost knocking me down and I had to slow down. Light sprain in right foot that I got more than a week ago during my run in the Central Park (looks like laces were too tight) also started hurting more. Okay race - my new marathon PR beating my previous time by 24 seconds. Boston is next...
