Was up to 220-221 a week ago. Mostly lifting + creatine since Oct. Almost zero “cardio” since Sept knee tweak besides short ski erg or rowing warmups and odd hike. No knee issues since then just normal mild pain squatting when standing up. All systems go. Low back tight.

filled 3/4 of the giant garbage can
cleaned up back of yard for winter

shoveled a few dozen scoops onto banana tree stumps
that were poking thru thinking it is spring - freaky warm weather but snow this week
