Test run in Tapanila. Mentally and physically very tired before the run. Not so good starting point. I was thinking to quit the whole first loop. Started the second loop anyway and feeling was a bit better. Then I saw Juha walking and again I started to think to quit. Continued and ran the last loop also. Time is inline with my shape today. Let's end this semi negative post positively. Allu is in great shape. All time record owner.

200 m at Radiomäki. Originally I had planned to run 1000 m, but track was still partly covered by snow and ice. Afterwards I think that it was better to do 200 m. 7 * 200 m + 200 m recovery.

Iltarastit by Lahden Taimi at harbor. Nice and cruel course. First up and down at Lanu park and then when you're already tired a section of street running and at the end once again the hill climb. This could be area for Korttelikuppi too [edit: It will be. Did not know]. Map is better now compared to last year. Let's see, if it will DSQ again. 4 control point missing. I visited them all, but no record on emit. Maybe units were dead. Running distance 5.9 km
