Test run in Tapanila. Quite ok. Two first lap with steady pace and on last increased speed. Better this way. Usually I start too fast :).

Junk miles - an hour for nothing - Sauna lenkki. I used windows phone to record the session (Nokia 650), but managed to exit the application without saving the session. He, he. Now know how to "save" it or what button not to push.

It is snowing. Yes. I ran a distance with Jusbet and Bertta. They catch me close to Heinsuo. We ran together to Työtjärvi. Nice.
