Test run in Tapanila. Not bad season start from me I would say. I was expecting worse. I'm in better shape than 2007, but obviously much worse than last year, but here I come. Tried to run steady laps, not pushing to the limit. Only the uphill (Sammalsuonkatu) was difficult.

First punishment for this year. I love and hate this training. Good feelings afterwards and running was much more easier than I expected.

Cooling down

I saw Jape during my warm up. He was running 3x6' + 3x3' with 2 min 30 sec recovery. When I saw him, he ending his last leg. Because he saw me starting my first, I did automatically run faster than I had planned. On the second I could relax :)
