Sprint. 2.9km w/ 130Cm in 19:25. Cold morning and a bit stiff but after about 12 min of warm up I felt good. Could still feel the fatigue on the strides though. Felt good during the race but I still had to walk the hills. Good finish though as it was mostly flat I I could get running.
Blue Classic distance. 11.9km w/ 540Cm. Due to my most excellent route choices I think I had almost 600Cm. A 2 Gu race. Tired but I was still running strong at the end. Much better than in past races of this length. Knee good but blisters on right ball of foot and toe. That's what I get for being out so long.
