Sprint at SCEE. Really fun course with lots of route choice. I know I didn't take the best route 5 to 6; should have turned around and taken the left hand route around since it was all a gradual downhill in that direction as opposed to the right hand route which was about the same distance but was more up and down. The other routes were fine I think.
I overdid it a bit on Tuesday doing some yard work and my lower back and butt are really sore but not injured. I jogged some of the sprint and it didn't seem to make anything worse but I've decided to take it easy the rest of the week before the rogaine on Saturday.
