Didnt have time for a long run due to Homework, so decided to run fast instead. Went Out to Pollock Halls and back, not the flatest route in the world, so fast time not a question. I was only at about 80% of max, so can go faster (18mins).

by far the most awsome run ive ever done on the seat, and found a new path up the steep side from Hunters bog (not Gutted Haddie, another one) felt great, ran well, moved fast. Bring on the JHIs next month.
Avoided the summit both times I was up there as there were far too many damn tourists hanging about.

Longish run out to West Lomond Hill, saw the guys putting out tapes for the hill race. Nice run didnt feel great though.

quads felt tight, first run since halden and 6 days, was in pain a lot and felt astmatic again, as i have done a lot since I got home.

Still very tired, will train soon. Went to the pediatrist today about my screwed up, over pronating feet, and it turns out more serious than I thought. I need to wear orthotics now and do lots of stretching as premature signs of aging in the joints are already apearing due to abuse by running,
