Kneeling rows 35# on bench with opposite leg extended and elevated
Bulgarian squats with 15#; tantrums against Swiss ball x 60 sec x 2
Pull downs single arm 60#
Ski erg 500 m 2:17, push ups, inclined crunches
Went well, felt good with room left for more
