Note

Ripping out some big almost buried boulders from one of the secondary ski trails. About washing machine size. Got one pried out and off to the side. Second is too big to get out of the hole. Will just lay it down in its hole and get it below grade level. Unfortunately blew the seal on the backhoe boom and have hydraulic fluid leaking out. Have to get a seal kit and do a tear down.

Note

Met with Kevin, PT. Assessed hamstring. Figures I have taken it easy long enough that healing has occurred. Time to start building strength. Went through exercises to stretch L quad and hip flexor and others for strengthening the R hamstring. Light running okay, no hills, no speed.
