O - competition (Billy Goat, CT) 2:18:50 [4] 12.0 km (11:34 / km)

Good run, pretty clean except for drifting on #6 (3 min) and trouble finding control at #16 (2 min). Satisfied with navigation and route choices. Training miles are down this spring and could feel it on the hills. Skipped # 23 and went R on forked leg.

Easy run with Ruthie on dirt road. Long hill into back of Kingdom Valley.

Jump rope to warm up. Running through slash and woods, steep terrain. Legs felt good, but kept workout short.
