Why does a stepper say how many miles far you've run, when all you do is go up and down? For that matter, why does a treadmill say you've gone anywhere, when it does all the moving?

Beautiful day, zero this morning and crystal clear.

Not much of a bushwack -- trail was already busted out.
Fairly relaxed pace. Fun coming down. 1,600' climb
Socked in and snowing all day.

Mtns. Clear and beautiful evening.

Windy and chilly. Salt dust blowing off the roads hard on the contacts.

O - competition (Little Bennett Red) 1:08:16 [5] 7.8 km (8:45 / km)

Hard run; pushed on the trail sections.
Lost 4 minutes in the overgrown scattered trees until I used the stream as a stopping feature and came back to the control.
