Road Running intervals (Chester via Church St) 1:05:00 7.55 mi (8:37 / mi)
Finally a chance this week to get in a run. Did 6 min fartlek intervals around the longer Chester loop.
Got a couple inches of snow yesterday on the Manchester side of the mountains, but it all disappeared as I came back over past Bromley. Thought I was going to get out on skis, but not yet.
