VIC State Series - Woodlands Park
Possibly the most boring course ever? Big longs running legs without much navigation. Kinda lost a bit of interest and had no motivation. Knees weren't such a fan of the hard ground, but hey, nicer to out in the bush than on the roads.

Easy sesh this morning, feeling kinda tired. Tib post is getting bad, but knees are feeling ok. Lots of stretching and normal rehab exercises.

Feeling a bit avg this morning. Easy cardio then a bit of strength and some upper body bits.

First interval session in 6months......Ran with Dunc over to Domain. Took the session easy, and slowly built into it to test the legs (and lungs). Nice sticking to the muddy grass, and knees held up well. Only problem seemed to be my tib post which was a bit inhibiting at times. But legs seemed to enjoy going a bit faster, looking forward to a few more of these sessions. Did 1 x 2km, 2 x 1km, 4 x 500m. Had decent recoveries, something like 4min, 3min, 1:30??

Mainly rehab exercises, bit of leg stuff and some core.

Easy run through domain, along bush tracks, up past work through reserves, then down to Hobson basin and along boardwalks. Up through Newmarket park (can't believe they still havent finished it) then home through domain. Nice run, can feel the fitness coming back.
