WOA Champs - Middle - Marangai
A little slow on the way to #1, then ran past #2 just a little too low, lost over a min there. Tried to refocus through the tight controls, went ok, but lost another min on 6 by mis-reaing the contours and was searching on wrong side of ridge! Went well through the rest of the course, just not running fast enough. Surprised to finish down in 10th place, but its awesome that we need to bring our A game if you want to feature at the top! Man the times were close.

WOA Long Champs -
Woke up without a sore throat for the first time in over 2 weeks! Yay!
Feeling much better physically than I have in a while as well. Didn't have such a good day with map in hand, missed #2, wonky on the way to 4, then screwed up the cirlce, dropping just over a minute. Missed 5, another 40secs. Next few ok, till 10, dunno what was happening in there, but lost a good couple of mins, then tried going straight to 11, bad idea, lost another min. Didnt understand contour detil around 12, started searching early, lost another min. Caught up Brent here, and we totally stuffed 14, lost 5mins, it was all a bit strange?? Ran staright past 17, lost another min, then ok through the rest of the course. So overall a pretty messy display, way off the pace :( But tib post was good.

Run with Rassmusface and ross up and around mt eden, and round the domain. Tib post wasn't too bad today, knees a tad sore though. Had the sniffles all day today, looks like the start of a little cold.

Found it hard to sleep last night as my throat was crazy sore. And still annoying this morning. But thought I should get one decent run in this week. Went up the side of mt eden and over to OTH, round there and back home. Tib post was very sore for the start of the run, but improved mildly. Left knee was also giving me a bit of grief. But legs seemed to like running more than they have over the last few weeks, so thats good :)

Leg too sore to run today, especially my left patella tendon. Hoping the drugs and exercises will start showing some improvement with this soon, then I can go cycling!

Easy run around domain and mt eden. Tib post reso good today, only small amount of pain. Body feeling so slow though, and over weighted.

Filled in for a friends team, dont have any speed or acceleration at the moment. Team played shockingly, only got 21 points, but at least we still won :)
