It seems there was a large number of us running all over the hill in the snow today...
I was planning a longer run but my legs were a bit tired from yesterdays hills and I have bit of a cough/horrible throat, so ended up doing pretty much the same run as last Sunday afternoon without the bellbird loop.
A good solid weeks training and am starting to feel nice and fit again. Just got to be a bit careful with this cold. See how I feel tomorrow.
Wednesday night run. Down into the Bellbird bush for a bit of a walk around then up and over the other side down to the four-wheel drive track and back up again.
Turned out to be a bit longer than expected. Started out feeling rubbish (up the hill was hard work) but felt pretty good by the end (because it was downhill).
Evening run from home up bowenvale and around mt vernon then out to sign of the bellbird, the low loop through the forest and back through vic park. Not really sure how long this took. It felt long but was still running ok by the end.
Up Rapaki and around the top to drop off some stuff and pick up some stuff at Greig and Clares. Then around the road to drop off some more stuff and pick up some more stuff at Chris and Ems. Arrived conveniently in time for dinner :)
