Knee is very sore from WT. I guess thats what I get for racing on a pre-race swollen knee. My streak of 28h/month training is in jeopardy. I need to average 90 minutes a day for each of the next 8 days.

so what's up with the hosting of championship sprint races in north america this year in a bunch of forest? It seems different that what we are seeing at international sprint races. ie URBAN.
