untimely knee injury from carrying too many rocks at the Waddtage. just need to get the swelling down before weekend. it's already improved since twisting it on Saturday.

Strength 25:00 [3]

Pre-work day extreme rockFIT edition (count one-third). The Waddtage driveway (well part of it anyway) got a much needed fix with lots of rock moving and gravel moving. Legs quite sore after all the heavy lifting. Need to remember to do more yoga, stretch and roll. the Waddtage needs a yoga mat and foam roller.

while walking to work today I saw a kid wearing an ARK shirt and then noticed his mom walking with him had an ARK coach shirt on. so we stopped and chatted and I mentioned I had helped start the program and she responded with "Oh so you work for Patrick".

"umm yes! yes i do", I may have replied. Then again I may have said Crikey!

Woke up at stupid O'clock (5:20) to bike to DV, run with Tarno and Oivind and bike back. They didn't show up. Turns out they ran the opposite direction to where I said I would be. Still had a great solo run in the DV in the rain.

With AG! at pulse. followed by easy 'bent spin and then a much needed sauna.

ARK has over 700 kids again!! over 7,000 kids will have participated over the first seven years of the program
