First session of the wellness program but only 3 of us ended up going (I can see this might happen quite a bit). Lots of punching stuff and suffering which was cool although I'm not sure Vanessa was feeling very happy by the end. Good times and more fun than I expected.

Cruisey Wednesday night run from SOT to SOK up the Harry Ell and back down. Ran with the new girl Amy most of the way so she wasn't by herself so it was a nice gentle pace. Lucky I did take my headtorch in the end 'cause it was pretty dark on the way back.
