Not a good night. Bed at 9:30pm, up + snacks at 12am, 1:30am, 3 am, 4:30am, 5:30am. Rough. Not sure why yesterday and today were so different... wish something appeared to be causal.

Hah! Had a good night, only woke up once. Two bowls of cereal before bed at 9:30pm, woke up at 1:30pm for two more bowls of cereal and slept until 5:30am. So refreshing!

So snuck in a little morning run after Tom and S left for daycare drop-off.

I just want to feel better and I don't think there's anything I can do but wait. It's frustrating. Woke up 3 times last night, even though I ate right before going to bed. Maybe another week?

Did a CMTR challenge run! Looked for anything I could do that had a minimum of 30 min - Cheerleader Run it was!

Definitely was much more social than a typical run. Even had two 'chat's with dog walkers. But I was less social towards the end when I was going up hill in the sun... The air quality was super hazy. Came back and checked - PM2.5 is in the 'Moderate' instead of 'Good' range. Don't know why - just pollution? Don't know of any relevant forest fires at the moment...



Last nights wake-ups:
Bed at 8:30pm, up at 11pm, 12:30am, 4:30am, 5:45 am for good. Really hope to go from 3 times waking up per night to two...

Ug. Forgot to take anti-nausea Unisom before bed and had a rough night. Missed two previous days of training just because I forgot my shoes at home... hopefully tomorrow nausea will be better, at least my running shoes are at work now!

Ug. Another wake-up-three-times night. (Cereal-bagel-cereal.) A hypothesis: my metabolism is raised by the recent spate of actually getting to work out and is making me need to wake up more during the night. Going to see if taking a day off allows for some better sleep... At least I seem to tolerate eating a slightly wider variety of food during the day. Does help!

Got out for a run in the morning though, feeling much better! Gotta start tackling the challenge runs again soon here. Goal is to do at least one over the weekend!
