Was so looking forward to getting to go run all afternoon when it was beautiful and sunny and I was fixing my bug-ful code in at my desk... then I got out and it was still beautiful and sunny, but my legs were soooo tired. Guess I have done a good deal of hard stuff in the past week...
So took it real chill, ran the short Amethyst Brook loop looking at the Japan WOC long map, different terrain for sure! Ran sans ankle brace, maybe still need it for trail runs for a bit, esp if looking at maps while running.
