Watched the last episode of Homeland, the only show I have managed to hold on to from the beginning to end. I though the ending was appropriate.

X league in the 'hood and to/from HAAA. Solo this time. All pavement this time but still enjoyed. Distance and time go by so much faster when you have a purpose.

Rez intervals and 8 x medium loops. Same as two weeks ago but no Lia to push me. Still cold and windy. Average time 5-6 seconds faster than last time. Noticed that I had a bit more drive going up the hill. Still struggle feeling relaxed when I run.
