Kept Isak company when he was doing a handful of 400's. Mine were probably closer to 300. Hamstring yells 'stop' as soon as I get closer to any significant speed.
I know this is not the smartest thing to do but it is a fun game so I wanted to test a session to see if legs can tolerate it. Not sure they do. Hamstrings continue to be tight as soon as I pick up any kind of pace.
Calves so sore it is not even funny. All the trail running in the O-shoes really hit hard. Add a sore knee, one somewhat tight hamstring and one tight hamstring to the mix.
