Down the stairs, across the parking lot 2.30
Lap 2 18.00 - 13.25

Pretty much tired from the beginning, ran up the Lawry hill on the first lap but had to walk parts of it o the 2nd lap. Very tough workout. I know I'm pulling a Swiss here but it was warm and I'm still not over my cold yet. Hopefully will it go faster Thursday.

Eliminator stage 1. Made mistakes, no focus at all. 1,5 min behind Hammer.

7 of 3x1 min, 5 min jog between 4 and 5. Obviously tired from Sunday but ok. Pillar and Hammer were there too.
