Red at RMOC Observatory meet. I did ok considering the altitude and new terrain. I will post a gps track when I get back to town.

Now that I see all the splits, I actually did pretty well by finishing in the middle of the pack (11 or 22) and only 20 minutes behind Graham Baird. The graph of splits showed that I sped up after the first few controls. The early controls were in more detailed terrain and I was not used to reading the detail at first. After that I sped up a bit and was able to jog quite a bit.

Note

In Nedarland, CO today. Did some rock hopping with the kids and noticed a definite lack of oxygen here. Hope I can at least jog through the O' course tomorrow.
