COW Middle course at Pt. Pinole. Nice clean race. It was pretty high visibility and fairly easy to see others on the course. That helped not only navigationally, but also probably pushed my pace a little. Despite my current low level of fitness, I did pretty well compared with others. Enjoyed the course.

HDR Interval Track workout 3-3-3-3-3-3. I can finally see some improvement in my 400m time. It's still really slow compared with peak, but getting better.
