It's now 5 days since the marathon. Recovery going well. I was sore on Monday and Tuesday, felt quite a bit better on Wednesday and by Thursday really not noticing soreness any more. It's been a crunch week at work -- Midterm grades are due on Monday -- so I haven't been out training again yet. I need to soon. Now I need to figure out what the training plan is for the orienteering season. Big events are the US Individual Champs in May and WTOC in July. I need to add a lot of technical training to the schedule and figure out how to get off-trail more.
