Warm-up jog around the river.

Did a little trail based line-o sprint using the resort map. It was a little tricky. There were a lot of minor windy trails and I didn't have a compass. Got disoriented a few times and had to relocate.

Note

Today we went on a hiking and kayaking excursion. I originally planned to log this but forgot to keep track of the time. The hike wasn't really very long and we went very slow, stopping often for nature interpretation. The kayaking was probably at least a half hour -- through mangroves and sharks. Pretty cool.

Ran some intervals around the ship's deck. I just did something similar to what we've been doing at the track workouts. 1-2-3-3-2-1 min reps with 2 min recovery.

WU/CD 25:00 intensity: (11:00 @1) + (14:00 @3)

Warm-up / cool-down and recovery between intervals

5K run on Castaway Cay in the Bahamas. Hot and Humid. A small crowd of about a dozen from the cruise ship joined in this organized fun run. Now that the wedding is over and the honeymoon has begun, I'm getting a chance to fit some training back in the schedule.
