3.65km with 3% gradient 3.8km the second time around running with gradient of about 3% and I accomplished the impossible!!!! I beat the treadmill at four in a row I took a photo if anyone wants to see the proof :)

night orienteering, epic fun sprinklers included, heard some funny stories of people falling into bunkers. :/ decided I need a better torch(yes I AM Using that as my excuse.... :) )

5 x 150m hill ''sprints'' and then tempo up the hills of the lions head( it's the highest road in the groenkloof suburb-hope thats enough explaining :) and chilled downhills back home

played four in a row level difficult and lost too many times so built up from the easy level. then finally I beat the beast (the computer player of 4 in a row) after 7 games
best orienteering training, playing Sudoku took too long so i didn't finish :( next time i'll finish a difficult Sudoku!
