goal for 2013 time trial is to beat nick :D haha, so aiming at getting under 11:50...nick will improve too(taking it into consideration)

Saw most of the course before the run, was like a trail run, looking forward to some serious orienteering....keen for Belfast weekend!:)

Wasn't motivated to go, but forced myself...was really a struggle mentally wasn't keen.( So didn't take my watch, just ran)

amazing holiday, loved every bit of the adventure, learnt a lot. beautiful area, can see the sky so clearly....amazing trip if anyone is keen to do a chilled camping trip and paddle down the river, now I'm uber keen to try white water rafting :)
