Me and Brad went to cross country training today we did two sets of:
15 crunchies
15 push-ups
20 bicycle leg lifts
3 times runnning up a small hill
16 lunges
20 step ups
and we did a warm up of 2km
It wasn't too bad i did't push myself enough though, I was tired but not exhausted.
