Dragged Jon out for a run with me. Easy run, just wanted to loosen up.

I set my first route this morning! I asked Tyler if I could come hang out while he route set and see how it works. Ended up playing around on my own and putting something up. So fun! I am trying out to become a route setter for next year. Tryouts are Sunday April 3. Hope I make it!

Went to cross-fit but opted out of the running to be nice to my injury. Did situps with a medicine ball while the guys ran. Did everything else with them.

Top roping at 50 footer. I tied all the knots up top under Erich's supervision. I asked him to watch me so I can become comfortable doing them.

Finished a 5.10 and a 5.9. Attempted another 5.10 but couldn't get past the crux it was just too far of a reach for me.

I was careful about my biking injury and it was ok. I think it'll be a bit before I can run and even longer before I can bike again though :/
