Only three people at abs tonight--nonetheless we went through a series of exercises where anyone could call out an exercise at any time.
Two new ab exercises are particularly challenging---one is a combination of Rocky's and Russian twists; the other is a combination of gut busters and flutterkicks.

Distance is approximate; ran from snake house onto main buckner-round pond trail, turned left, and up past bog meadow pond and around Popolopen on the main trail. Climbed up to the water tank behind 7th Co bays and beyond to visit the rock I called Hilarie from over the summer (only place I could get reception), then down the trail used for Buckner ruck runs. Since no one was at the car, I kept running down to a building along Mine Torne road used for summer training and back.

Distance is approximate; Ran out with some firsties in my company towards Round Pond but elected to take a trail that parallels 9W for a ways up the hill. I ran to a small bridge with a solar station and then came back.

Power-of-10 style bench: 10 reps each 10 seconds down, 10 seconds up.
