(rest day)

Basically a rest day. Dinner last night didn't sit well. Salmon with some sort of sauce. Seems to be a pattern with restaurant seafood lately.

Visited the Loggerhead Marine Center and then sat on the beach for a couple hours. Wind picked up and started blowing umbrellas away (not ours). A spike-tipped 6 ft aluminum pole tumbling down the beach at a 20 mph clip is not something you want to intercept.
