Stromlo Criterium Vikings C, 25 laps, last. Amost a carbon copy of last week. Wind ENE13/gust 29kmh. A similar tale of two thirds - the first and last third were slightly slower but lasted longer (37.5kmh, 36.9) with a 4.6km interval where I got lapped and recovered a bit at 30.9kmh. This time only got dropped with half a lap to go.
13.11km in 21:00, then 4.64km in 9:00 and finally 11.44 in 18:36.

Passed at one stage by one of the C grades doing roughly three times my speed.

Mt Taylor. R heel/Achilles still niggling, so went out in runners rather than o-shoes. About 1km in my lower back got really sore, so ran even slower from there.

Note

Enforced rest day. R knee had been OK but has now developed a new pain - this time on top of the patella. Not sure what that is or where from. As well R heel / achilles has been sore the last few days - since O. Still managing to walk 10,000 steps a day.
