R knee locked up afterwards while having scrambled eggs with a magpie at Yarralumla Gallery and Oaks Brasserie.

Aranda oval with Leo. R knee has been sore since Saturday, but was OK in this run.

West Stromlo. Went Ok up to 10, then sailed downhill past 11 nearly to 12, u turn back uphill to 11.
Lost ~50 seconds turning the wrong way to 5, 10 minutes on 11 and another couple of minutes not noticing the one way on 13.
R knee sore after (but not during the race).
