Oakey Hill. Good course and a good, if dogged, run. Particularly slow on hills.
Went to pump up my bike tyres after a long layoff and knocked the top off the valve, yet again.

Broadwater SF, Stanthorpe. In the rain, and Lots of slow creek crossings trying to keep my shoes dry.
Left leg - hamstring / knee - not working well. R calf also iffy.

Sundown NP. I might leave this one as orienteering since there was a lot of time bush bashing. Got to the end of the Permanent lagoon track and attempted to continue up the Severn. However the track was actually the other side of the (uncrossable) river so I was rock climbing on the west side. Gave up after a while and had a nice run on the Western Circuit track.
