AIS, sprint. Course 3. Overshot 3, went down the second recess instead, could see the flag, and could have punched it, but there was a tape in the way, so went back out and around. Lost 30 seconds there.
Running form was good but hit a bit of a wall on the hills up to 8 and 12. R calf - no issues, maybe not doing any exercises is helping. R knee locked up a bit after but no issues in the race.

Farrer Ridge Map Run. Fail, had everything loaded but the watch didn't beep at the start or any of the controls. Having no flags in the terrain meant quite a few wayward moments. 1 - searched wrong gully, 2 - too low, -3 missed track, 4 - wrong way out of control, 8 - too low, 9 - overshot, 12 - too low, 15-F - should have gone straight.
