Fairly good run, but just sluggish on the long legs.
Print out is saying time loss at control 5, 7, 18 and 22.
18 and 22 are more a little from hesitation.
5 (i thought the track bend was too close so went back to a control initially i didnt think was mine - and wasnt then basically back to where I was) and 7 got a little high.

Very short warm up, too short for my liking. Then main session 25 minute session doing approx 300m efforts with ivo 75m walk between efforts.
Good form, stride , upright.
