Legs felt fatigued after Wednesdays workouts. Good to get it done before some travel.

High intensity session, normally when I do these sessions I have no motivation. Today I was sweating buckets. Cycling/squats/kettle bell with variants after a 10 minutes rep.

This session was over an hour and a half. Running with 5 stops for exercises which most of them I did to failure, or burpees to the one more time song, lunges/squats - wtf I did them this morning. Absolutely smashed. Had a drink after, late finish.

10 * 90 seconds hill efforts (32min session with run down and small rests at the bottom)
8min cool down.
might find a hill with a higher % climb for the next time doing this sesh.
