Cant wait for Easter now, been a good solid block for me. I dont expect amazing results and still taking a long term approach. I know I will need to slim down considerably if I am going to get through the ultra long in about 5 weeks.
As much I was well back from the field at hill end I navigated fairly strongly but was maybe 20-30mins too much for me but paced well throughout.
Im getting up hills in better shape.
Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow, nice jog around on Saturday and ready to punish myself on Sunday. Will take one extra gel with me on Sunday.
