One of those runs that I realise how unfit I am. Glad it fell apart anyway so that I make sure I turn up for this afternoons training

Got a nice little snooze in before training and spent the rest of the time removing the crap from Saturday run. Tough session for me but training with a group keeps you going. Blew up on the 5th rep with some walking involved. All in all just glad to be training
