11 AM

Cycling 2:40:00 [3]

Initially I planned on riding out to the BP servo and back but after yesterday's effort I needed a sleep in. Looking forward to Tuesday or Wednesday when I have a rest day.

Plenty of self massage today in particular on the quads.
8 PM

Cycling 50:15 [3]

Having the best sleep in a long long time, spent the afternoon drawing a couple of courses for carine. Will more than likely get out to carine on Tuesday for a run.

Cycling 5:37:00 [3]

My stomach feels like slush, glad to have started early.
5 PM

Orienteering 1:08:54 [4]

So tired, lacking concentration, made some terrible decisions but just glad to get the run done. I had the intent of collecting all controls but thankful I dropped the two in the north west. Well set course.

7 AM

Swimming 20:00 [3] 1.0 km (20:00 / km)

Did want to get 2km done this morning, but started a little late. In hindsight I probably could have got it done.
1 PM

Swimming 40:00 [4] 2.0 km (20:00 / km)

23:04 for 1500m, still not great at the back end of the stroke. Not surprised I have gone backwards in my swim after a good block before my holiday, no swimming for a week and back to square 1. I am hopeful to get to 22:30 fairly quickly but I think its going to take some time.
