What a long long run, a little bit too much but overall the concept appears to be well received. Legs definitely heavy towards the end, I think the climb at Mosman park bowling club killed a few legs. Next version will need to be a little shorter.

After a 2 hour sleep time for a recovery session, took my time even a little bit of stretching the legs 1.4kms in.
