Orienteering long 3:00:00 [3]

What a long long run, a little bit too much but overall the concept appears to be well received. Legs definitely heavy towards the end, I think the climb at Mosman park bowling club killed a few legs. Next version will need to be a little shorter.

After a 2 hour sleep time for a recovery session, took my time even a little bit of stretching the legs 1.4kms in.

To say I am happy with today's result is an understatement, hopefully I continue to improve. This has taken 12-13 weeks of CONSISTENT training. While out control collecting had more than half a dozen cop cars and polair trying to find an escapee. If anyone sees a man in a green jump suit please call the cops.
