did a couple of rep's of reabold hill, was concerned a runner would pass me, felt bloody slow.

Legs felt like crap so needed a nice slow run, the pace was quicker then I what intended.

This was the run I was after at lunch time, nice and relaxed with a few hills thrown in, crossed paths with AndreM.
