This was a good run for me and confirming my fitness is improving.
Got away to a positive start, enjoyed the short controls early on (2-4), started to feel the legs on the way to control 9, lost 15 seconds at control 10 (not quite centre of circle) and lost a little confidence for the next couple of controls, had a really slow leg to 14!!! finished the course fairly strongly from there.

Medium Course: Joondalup
Ended up being a jog around the medium course, stopped for water on the way to control 1, picked up the short cut into 4 (but only at the last second),
I was at full sprint mode for control 5,6 and only just beat tRicky on those splits.
Easy course, maybe didn't take the best option to control 4, plenty of track work, saw control 8 from about 100m away, perhaps could have exited control 13 in a better direction but just a hard slog to the finish from there.
